The LFL catering facility consists of an ultra modern kitchen, refrigerated storage facility, dry storage facility, restaurant capable of accommodating up to 135 diners at a single sitting. It is manned by a highly experienced catering manager with a team of experienced cooks, bakers, kitchen and serving staff. Meals are prepared to the highest international standards. We currently serve approximately 85 breakfasts, 130 lunches and 80 dinners on a daily basis
